- Cobone voucher is not refundable, not cancellable
- In case of airline flight rescheduling or cancellation of a flight, alternative dates will be offered

- If preferred dates are unavailable, no refunds will be processed; however, the credit with be left with Holiday Factory for use by customers for other trips/services of the same price (subject to availability)
