- Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Cobone voucher will be forfeited in case of a no show
- Bookings can be made between 11am-8pm
- Service available daily from 10am-10pm, except during public holidays (Ramadan timings will differ)
- Additional fees of AED 50 apply for SUVs; payable to 1st Auto Spa directly
- “In-Store” Vouchers Terms and Conditions; “In-Store” Vouchers can only be used in one service and no change shall be paid, not exchangeable for cash, cannot be redeemed with promotional offers or upgrade packages
- Home Service can only be done in private parking areas (such as your apartment building car park or your garage)
