• Volume Ship Charter may cancel the trip without any prior notice and reschedule it according to availability
• In case of any mechanical failure, the Volume Ship Charter has the right to reschedule
• Any damage to the boat or any other assets of Volume Ship Charter due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Volume Ship Charter will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
