- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Daily allowed kilometers - 350 km/day. Extra kms will be charged at the rate of 0.50 fils/kilometer
- AED 5 will be charged for each Salik usage
- Petrol is not included. A refuelling surcharge of 20% will be applicable if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank
- An administrative charge of AED 40 per fine will be applied and will have to be paid upon invoice submission
- Vehicle is comprehensively insured (police report is mandatory in case of any accidents)
- Driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a UAE driving license which has been valid for at least 1 year
- Security deposit can either be a cash amount of AED 1500, a Pre-Authorised credit card of AED 1500, or a security cheque of AED 2500
- Rental period is to be strictly adhered to. Additional charges will be applicable once the rental period is over
- For drivers less than 25 years old, any accident or damages are required to comply with Police Report and Insurance will be made up to AED 1500 + 10% of the total loss
