- All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (Sunday to Thursday) subject to availability
- No refund or transfer once the entry ticket is issued

- Trips are scheduled according to the tide conditions

- Board the dhow at Dubai Creek at 8pm
- Valid for ages 4 and above (children aged 3 and below go for free)

- Dhow Cruise: collect your tickets from SATA, then book with SATA by calling at 06- 5164440
- Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- SATA working hours : Mornings 9:00 AM to 1:00PM and Evening’s 4:30PM to 8:00PM only Saturday to Thursday
