- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Daily allowed kilometer 350 km/day. Extra will be charge 0.50 fills/ kilometer
- AED 5 will be charged for each Salik usage
- Petrol is not included. A refuelling surcharge of 20% will be applicable if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank
- An administrative charge of AED 40 per fine will be applied and is to be paid upon invoice submission
- Vehicle is comprehensively insured (police report is mandatory in case of any accidents)
- Driver must be at least 21 years old and possess a UAE license which has been valid for at least 1 year
- Security deposit can be either cash AED 1500, or credit card Pre Auth AED 1500, or security chq of AED 2500.
- Rental period is to be strictly adhered to. Additional charges will be applicable once the rental period is over
- For less than 25 yrs. old any accident or damages must required to comply with Police Report and Insurance will made up AED 1500 + 10% of the total loss
