- Life jackets (mandatory) must be worn during the ride and are provided. Please take caution and don't touch any controls or pull ropes on the life jackets. The life jackets are light to wear, already deflated and fully automatic
- Thrill rides are intended for fun and joy. Extreme bumps and niggles are not suitable for individuals with medical conditions. Please speak with one of the team members if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions including back or neck problems. They may suggest alternative tours for these individuals
- Should sea conditions on the day dictate, Shark Jet reserves the right to cancel tour or deviate its normal route to ensure maximum passenger safety
- Intoxicated customers will not be let on
- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled booking time
- The tour operators will try very hard to get you wet on thrilling tours, so make sure you dress accordingly
- The use of handheld personal cameras and video cameras are only permitted aboard the Jet Boat when boat is not moving at higher speed. The boat captain will announce point of interest location for photography
- Customers will be responsible for any damage to their property
- Wind breaker jacket is strongly recommended during winter months (December through February)
