- Bookings must be made at least 36 hours in advance by sending an email to [email protected] with your Cobone voucher, mobile number and preferred day (you will receive a response within 24 hours). Bookings can also be made by calling 0502271887 from 10 am to 6 pm
- Trip Route will start from Dubai Marina Walk towards Palm Lagoon
- In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the cruise may be rescheduled
- In case of cancellation, voucher will be rescheduled on weekdays
- Bookings may be rescheduled in case of any mechanical failure in the boat, act of God or coastal guard instructions
- Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Volume Ship Charter may cancel the trip without any prior notice and reschedule it according to availability
- Any damage to the boat or any other assets of Volume Ship Charter due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Volume Ship Charter will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
- Maximum of one Cobone voucher can be used per day
- Cobone is non-refundable
- Please present a copy of your printed Cobone voucher upon arrival
