• About the Boot Camp sessions:
  1. Body Shaping Company boot camp classes are fun, intense, and challenging so be prepared for a butt kicking workout
  2. You will warm up in very dynamic ways by using mountain climbers, jumping jacks, burpees and many other calorie burning exercises to get your blood pumping
  3. Each class will be designed in such a way so as to offer a fine blend of cardiovascular training and strength training
  4. 8 classes a month, 2 sessions a week
  5. Each session lasts for 60 minutes

• About Insanity Weight Loss Challenge:
  1. Insanity Fitness is a cardio-based program that has its foundations on MAX Interval Training. The workout pushes participants to the limits, thus burning more calories and gaining faster metabolism. The workout is easy to execute, requires no equipment and is done to the beat of motivating music
  2. 1 month membership for Insanity Challenge group classes
  3. 1 month membership (total of 12 workouts, 3 workouts each week, 1 hour per session)

  6. Weight will be checked before sessions 4 times per month on the first session each week to track profress
