H.I.I.T: High-intensity intermittent exercise is an enhanced form of interval training, and exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense aerobics exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise

Bootcamp: A 60 minute full body high intensity interval training approach incorporating Tabata training which comprises of a 20 second on and 10 second rest for a 4 minute time frame along with a circuit using light weights and athletic moves

Zumba: It is a dance fitness program, involving dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
