- Airport pick up or drop off available for AED 45 from Dubai T1 and T3, and for AED 25 from Dubai T2, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah airport (payable directly to outlet)
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

- Printed Cobone voucher must be presented at the time of vehicle pick up
- AED 6 will be charged for each Salik usage
- AED 4 per day will be charged for Vehicle Registration Fee
- Petrol is not included. Missing fuel will be charged AED 3 per liter. We rent cars with full tank.
- An administrative charge of AED 50 per fine will be applied and is to be paid upon invoice submission
- Vehicle is comprehensive insured – CDW (police report is mandatory in case of any accidents)
- Driver must be at least 21 years old and possess UAE license which has been valid for at least 1 year
- A security deposit of AED 1600 or AED 5100 (depends on car group booked) will be blocked on your credit card (bank charges may apply). Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express.
- Debit cards or cash are not accepted for security deposit
