We invented Cobone. It comes from the words “Coupon” (as in voucher), pronounced in the Arab way with a ‘B’, since our target market is based in the Arab world; where in the local language there is no distinction in pronunciation between ‘Bs’ and ‘Ps’!

Do I need to use my Cobone voucher on the same day that I buy it?
No, each voucher will have its own expiry date. You will not necessarily have to use them on the day of purchase.
I bought a Cobone voucher – how do I use it?
You will receive an email with your Cobone voucher code and necessary details. Your Cobone voucher will have detailed information on how to exchange the voucher for the deal. Typically it is just exchanged on arrival, just like a cheque.
What do I do if I don’t get an email?

Can I buy a Cobone voucher as a gift for someone else?

Am I billed as soon as I buy a Cobone voucher?
Yes – however if the deal does not go live you will be refunded.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
When you select COD as a payment method you will be required to enter and confirm your delivery address and mobile number. Without this information the courier company is unable to contact you to organise a date and time to deliver. A standard delivery charge is applied based on location.
Why is there a delivery charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cobone.com try their best to mimimse any additional charges and offer an extremely competitive delivery rate through an external and professional delivery company. The charge is added to the total purchase price and must be paid when the courier arrives to deliver the coupon.
Does Cobone.com accept cheques?
Cobone.com prides themselves on providing the most payment options within the marketplace. For banking and reconciliation reasons Cheques are strictly not accepted .
Is Cobone safe?
