• The Annual Pass ID card will be issued to each member
• The Annual Pass is valid for the unlimited number of visits till its expiry date
• The Family Annual Pass offer is valid for a family of 4 members per family (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 years and below)
• Presentation of Cobone voucher is mandatory on or before 31 Dec 2018 to claim Annual Pass card at Dreamland Aqua Park that will be valid till 31st Dec 2019
• Cobone voucher holder must submit a copy of Emirates ID or valid passport and two passport size photographs for processing the Annual Pass
• Fridays and public holidays are strictly for families, EVEN FOR ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS
• The Annual Pass is not transferable and can only be used by the registered pass holder only whose name appears in the ID card
• The Annual Pass is valid for one entry per day only. Multiple entries are not permitted
• The Annual Pass is not refundable and non-transferable
• Children under 12 years old of age even holders of valid Annual Pass must be accompanied by an adult to enter Dreamland Aqua Park. Else wise entrance will be denied
• Only children below 2 years old or below 0.8 meters in height are free of charge
• Lost Annual Pass ID card must be reported immediately to the Park Administration to be replaced for a fee of AED 50
• The Annual Pass may be suspended or cancelled prior to expiration on the following grounds:
  - Violation of Park Safety Rules and Regulations
  - Attempted use of the Annual Pass of any person other than the registered holder
• Dreamland Aqua Park reserves the right to reject any application without the need for justification
• Timings: 10:00 am to 06:00 pm; Please call Dreamland before the visit
• Applications are subject to approval by the management of Dreamland Aqua Park
• Individuals or Extra family members and children above 12 years of age should buy an Annual Individual Pass (option 1)
• Child Policy: 
  - Free for children below 2 years or below 0.8 metres height
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park premises
• Personal floatation devices are not permitted inside the park
• Riding tubes, as well as kid's life vests, are provided free of charge; For your safety, both should be used only on the rides that require them
