- A One Yacht Charter reserved the rights to reschedule the trip 24-48 hours prior to the date subject to unforeseen weather conditions to the next available date that is convenient for our clients; the amount is non-refundable, our clients have the right to reschedule their trips to another date provided a 3 days notice is given
