- Upholstery can normally be repaired if the fault is in the stitching or the tear is in a location where it can be masked. All others types of damage will typically involve replacement of the fabric, leather or other material
- Upholstery that is damaged (burns, tears, discolouration, worn out, etc) will usually need to be replaced
- The exact cost of the repair or replacement will vary with the nature of service
- Any additional charges exceeding the voucher value will need to be paid directly at the workshop by cash, cheque or credit card
- Repair does not include any form of paintwork for leather – all items are either repaired or replaced
