- To redeem the discount code from “CYACLE” mobile app:
- Download "CYCLE" mobile app from iOS/Android store
- After installation, tap on menu tab and select "Purchase/Redeem"
- Tap on "REDEEM"
- Enter the discount code and tap on "NEXT". For two people option tap on plus icon to add another bike
- Enter member information and tap on "NEXT"
- Enter the credit/debit card details and confirm
- To unlock the bike:
- Unlock using the mobile app
- In the map, tap on the station pin from where you would like to release bike
- Enter/Set the password if prompted for the first time
- Use the code displayed on the mobile screen to unlock the bike
- Please note: To avoid overtime charges return the bike to any station every 60 minutes
