• Trip route will start from Jumeirah 5 Fishing Harbor
• Swimming is permitted from sunrise to sunset only
• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the cruise may be rescheduled
• Bookings may be rescheduled in case of any mechanical failure in the boat, weather conditions or coastal guard instructions
• Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
• Aquatour Yacht & Boat Rental may cancel the trip without any prior notice and reschedule it according to availability
• Any damage to the boat or any other assets of Aquatour Yacht & Boat Rental due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Aquatour Yacht & Boat Rental will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
