  • There are no refunds in whole or in part which will be allowed under any circumstances
  • All sessions and private lessons sold are non-refundable
  • Sessions and private lessons may be rescheduled to a later date and time by giving no less than 24 hours’ notice
  • Sessions and private lessons will not be rescheduled within 24 hours of the session commencement
  • No refund or rescheduling possible for cases of nonattendance of part or full course
  • Customers missing test week may book a private lesson to complete the level or repeat the level
  • Dubai Ice Rink reserves the right to reschedule sessions and sessions timings without prior notice and will contact customers accordingly
