- Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance of the above will be 100% non-refundable In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Top 8 Yachts reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Top 8 Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Top 8 Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
