- For booking, please send an email to [email protected] with your Cobone voucher copy, name, contact details and preferred date to fly
- Booking confirmation will only be made 1-day PRIOR to the flight date, between 05:00 pm - 07:00 pm
- In case of unavailability of preferred date after voucher is purchased, you will have the option to either choose another date or you can opt for a 100% Refund
- Guests are requested to bring a slightly warm jumper
- Child Policy:
- Children between 5-11 years require a child Cobone voucher (Option 2)
- Children above 11 years will require an adult Cobone voucher
- Restrictions - You may not fly if:
- You are 3 months pregnant or more,
- You had surgery or broken bones in the last 5 months
- You are suffering from chronic neck or back pain
- Flight is subject to weather conditions
