  - AC Filter Cleaning
  - Cleaning of drain pan and pipeline
  - AC Diffuser cleaning
  - Cleaning of outdoor condenser unit
  - Checking of outdoor fan motor and cleaning of fan blades
  - Cleaning and checking of electrical contactors, wiring and terminals
  - Checking of refrigerant level/pressure
