- In case it is an urgent case, customer has to inform the merchant
- Each keychain includes only ONE plate and only ONE dongle
- AED 75 will be charged for an additional dongle with customized engraving
- AED 50 will be charged for an additional dongle with fixed text
- AED 40 for custom engravings on the rectangular plate
- All additional charges are to be paid directly to the merchant
- Cobone voucher cannot be redeemed for cash
