  - The ElectroFitness unit is a mobile and wireless unit with a range of 5000 meters and hence can be comfortably used in the convenience of your home or outdoors like in parks, beach, track etc
  - Workouts are planned based on the client mood and energy levels for the day
  - Workouts are designed around any handicaps or limitations a client may have (Example: Client with knee problem will have a suitable plan which does not include squats or lunges)
  - Workouts are created to challenge balance and coordination to assist in formation of new neural pathways
  - Suitable workouts are available for Athletes/sportspersons to increase the power in their movements and the strength in their already conditioned muscles (Can be used as a ‘Booster’ once a week to an already existing workout regimen)
  - The workouts are metabolically intense; you do not require more than 2 sessions per week
