- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Columbus Yachts reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Columbus Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Columbus Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
