- Important Notice for Helicopter Ride:
- Guests must carry their original passport for the helicopter ride—no soft copies accepted. Failure to comply will result in a no-show.
- Passengers must arrive at the heliport site 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time.
- Smoking, food, and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
- Children over 2 years old can fly, but they must have their own seat and will be charged the full price.
- Each passenger’s weight will be checked before boarding to comply with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
- Comfortable, light sportswear is recommended; large earrings and jewelry are not allowed onboard.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or operational or safety considerations.
- Every passenger is insured in accordance with UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
