• About Paradise Blue Center Located in Central Valley: Paradise Blue Center is a full-service SCUBA and snorkelling club. Experienced instructors lead classes for swimming, diving and first aid and lifeguarding. Other services available at the venue are pool parties, dive travel and diving trips. Hobbyists can also procure their gear at the center, with some brand names carried being Aqua Lung and Scubapro.
