- Prior booking is required at least 48 hours in advance

- Cancellations need to be done at least 24 hours in advance
- Lessons can’t be rescheduled
- Discovery lessons need to be booked before the group lesson if first-time skiers
- Guests are required to arrive 60 minutes prior to the start of their session
- In case of no show or late cancellation, the voucher will be forfeited
- The lesson cannot be switched for other ski lessons offered at Ski Dubai
- Lockers, key cards, gloves & beanies are not included in the deal
