- By attending, you consent to photo, video, and audio recording use by the organizer.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited except in designated areas.
- The organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss/damage of personal items.
- The organizer may remove individuals for inappropriate behavior.
- Attendees must adhere to public decency standards in line with Saudi cultural values.
- Complaints can be filed via the Tarfeeh Portal (cx.gea.gov.sa) within 3 days of the event date.
