    KidZania Regulations
  • Child tickets for 4-16 year olds
  • The Reference number must be presented when picking up your children
  • KidZania timings: 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
  • Swapping the bracelets is not allowed
  • Children below 120cm in height must be accompanied by an adult inside KidZania. Accompanying adult for children below 120cm has to be present with them in park during the duration of the stay
  • Re-admission inside Kidzania is not allowed. Once admitted, children cannot exit temporarily
  • Lost Kidzos, cheques or vouchers are non-refundable. KidZania is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets or vouchers
  • Entry fee is non-refundable
  • KidZania® operating hours are subject to change without prior notice
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed within KidZania® premises
