- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Luxury Yachts reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Luxury Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Luxury Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
