- If you book by E-mail, your seats will be selected based on best available by the Ticketing Team, no exchange is permitted on the show day
- No Refund or change in date is allowed once the Show ticket(s) are issued by The Rotunda

- Child Policy:
- Children below 3 years are discouraged from admission regardless of being accompanied with parents
- Children 3 years and above require a Cobone regular voucher
- Chairs and seating:
- All chairs are standard armless chairs
- The seating style is not tiered
- Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break
- Flash photography is prohibited; however, guests are welcome to take photographs with mobile phones
- One ticket per person
