- Prior booking is required at least 72 hours in advance

- Booking confirmation will only be made 1-day PRIOR to the flight date, between 05:00 pm - 07:00 pm
- In case of unavailability of preferred date after voucher is purchased, you will have the option to either choose another date or you can opt for a 100% Refund
- Cancellation notice is required at least 48 hours in advance
- Required documents upon arrival:
- Printed copy of passport or Emirates ID
- Cobone voucher and preferred date at the time of booking
- Starting time varies daily (depends on the time of sunrise)
- Child Policy:
- Children aged 5-11 years old require child voucher
- Children aged 12 years and above require regular Cobone voucher
- Reminders:
- Wear comfortable clothing and footwear, including a light jacket, hat and sunglasses are highly recommended
- You should be able to climb in and out of the basket and stand unaided for at least one hour
- Sindbad Gulf Balloons will be calling you directly the evening before your flight to confirm your exact pick up time. If you do not receive a phone call or a message by 08:30 pm, please contact the office directly
- Balloon takes off from Al Ain Road, in the area of the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve
