- Cancellation requires at least 72 hours advance notice
- Passengers need to arrive 5-10 minutes before the departure to avoid loss of time on the cruise

- In case of any mechanical failure, Master Yachts Cruises has the right to reschedule the trip
- Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Master Yachts Cruises due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests; Master Yachts Cruises will have the right to seek financial compensation for any damage incurred
