At time of booking, please provide your Cobone voucher code, the option you selected, preferred date(s), and your mobile number
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Printed Cobone voucher must be presented
Each Salik usage will be billed at 5
An additional 50 to drop your car off to your house or office.(Subject to availability)
There will be documentation charge of 50 per fine (must be paid in cash upon invoice submission)
Vehicle is comprehensive insured (If you have green report from the police and showing both parties names then it will be fully covered)
Driver must be at least 22 years old and must possess a UAE license which has been valid for at least 6 months (international licenses will be accepted for individuals with a visit visa)
A security deposit of 1500 per car will be blocked on your credit card (Bank changes may apply) Alternatively a cash security deposit will be accepted
Security deposit will be refunded via cheque after 25 days of finishing the contract
Working hours are 10am-8pm daily
For 1-day rentals, maximum of 15 Cobones per person
For 7-day rentals, maximum of 2 Cobones per person
