- Suitable for all ages, but child safety is the sole responsibility of the parent
- Each passenger must carry a valid ID
- Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws
- Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Conwy Leisure Yachts & Boats Rental due to misuse by guests will be a sole responsibility of the guests; Conwy Leisure Yachts & Boats Rental will have the right to seek financial compensation for any damage incurred
