- Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance of the above will be 100% non-refundable
- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Nanje Yachts reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Nanje Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Nanje Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
