  - Bad weather does not warrant a refund. Trips will be rescheduled to the nearest available dates
  - Passenger must bring his/ her swimming suit

  - Cobone voucher is non-cancellable and non-refundable
  - Cancellation or no show will lead to Cobone voucher being considered forfeited
