  Day 1: Airport - Pinnawella – Kandy:
  - Arrival transfer to Kandy
  - Visit The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage that was established in 1975 providing care and sanctuary to orphaned baby elephants that were found in the wild. The elephant bathing and viewing area along the Oya River is directly opposite on the west side of the highway. It was planned facility to attract local and foreign visitors, the income from which would help to maintain the orphanage. In 1982 an elephant breeding program was launched. As of 2012, there were 78 elephants living here.
  - The Aryuveda and Herbal Gardens
  - Witness a Cultural Performance ending with the Fire walking visit to the Temple of the Tooth of Buddha that evening

  Day 2: Kandy  - Nuwara Eliya:
  - After breakfast, visit the City of Kandy, the traditional craft centres

Although the town was founded in the 19th century by the British, the district is today visited by native travellers, especially during April, Many of the buildings retain features from the colonial period such as the Queen's Cottage, the General's House, Grand Hotel, Hill Club, and Town Post Office.
