- Client should exercise all due care in safekeeping, caring for, cleaning and preserving the vehicles

- A documentation charge of AED 70 per fine will be charged and will be paid cash upon invoice submission
- In case of an accident with the police report, where the client is responsible for negligence, the client shall only be liable to pay AED 7500 as excess charges for the Insurance company. If both parties receive a green paper then no amount is due
- A police report is mandatory in the case of an accident for insurance purposes
- AED 1800 insurance excess must be paid in the case of receiving a red paper or hit and run
- Full insurance (CDW) option is also available
- Car delivery charge is AED 75
- Each Salik will be billed at AED 5 per Salik
- 170 km limits per day, any additional km will be charged at AED 0.25 (an open km's option is available)
- Client shall ensure the car is only issued to the driver who should be at least 25 years old and must possess a one-year-old valid UAE license or international license for insurance coverage
- Please present colour copies of Passport with Visa Page, Emirates ID or Labour Card and Driving License
- The client must pay the Rental Charges and AED 1000 for security deposit in advance
- Deposit will be refunded via cheque or account transfer for foreigners 30 days after returning the vehicle
- Transactional charges may apply to debit/credit card amount
- Maximum of 5 vouchers per customer
