• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the ride may be rescheduled
• Refund will only be given in case there is bad weather or technical problem. In case of bad weather, clients can either reschedule or refund
• Guests should comply with safety requirements as per UAE laws. Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
• Any damage to the Jet Ski or to any other assets of Luxury Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Luxury Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
