• E-learning shall be finalized before the initiation of the practical training (additional charges)
• E-learning charges are strictly non-refundable
• Sessions are subject to weather conditions, and in case of cancellation due to weather the activity shall be rescheduled to the next available date within 30 Days from the date of the booking
• No show or late arrival will forfeit the voucher with no refund
• The certification can only be processed when all practical and theoretical exercises have been correctly completed. Merchant reserve the right to withhold certification if the student has not satisfactorily performed all of the performance requirements of the course.
• If supplementary sessions are required to satisfactorily perform all of the performance requirements of the course, a supplementary session surcharge applies
