- Sessions and private lessons will not be rescheduled within 24 hours of the session commencement
- No refund or rescheduling possible for cases of nonattendance of part or full course
- Customers missing test week may book a private lesson to complete the level or repeat the level
- Dubai Ice Rink reserves the right to reschedule sessions and sessions timings without prior notice and will contact customers accordingly
