KidZania conditions:
- Child tickets for 4-16 year olds
- The Reference number must be presented when picking up your children
- KidZania timings: 10:00 am to 11:00 pm
- Swapping the bracelets is not allowed.
- Children below 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult inside KidZania.
- Accompanied Adult for the children below 120 cm has to be present with them in park during the duration of the stay.
- Re-admission inside Kidzania is not allowed.
- Once admitted, children cannot exit temporarily.
- Lost Kidzos, cheques or vouchers are non-refundable.
- Entry fee is non-refundable.

- Please arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to get ready before the session.
- Cobone voucher is valid for one public session only
- We advise wearing warm and comfortable clothing suitable for exercising in. Thick, long socks and gloves if possible. Additional personal protective equipment is available for purchase at the Skate Shop.
- There are no refunds in whole or in part which will be allowed under any circumstances.All sessions and private lessons sold are non-refundable.
- Via phone or in person Sessions and private lessons may be rescheduled to a later date and time by giving no less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Sessions and private lessons will not be rescheduled within 24 hours of the session commencement.
- We regret that should you be unable to attend part or all of your course there will be no refund or rescheduling.
- Customers missing test week may book a private lesson to complete the level or repeat the level.
- Dubai Ice Rink reserves the right to reschedule sessions and sessions timings without prior notice and will contact customers accordingly.
