- As per coast guard rules, all passengers must carry their valid emirates ID or original passport only. No proper identification, will result in cancellation of the trip
- Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance of the above will be 100% non-refundable

- Booking time: Saturday - Thursday between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Availability will be provided by email only upon receiving voucher
- Cancellations need to be done at least 24 hours in advance and otherwise, you have to pay 50% of the total amount for rescheduling/ cancellation fee
- In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the ride may be rescheduled
- Bookings may be rescheduled in case of any mechanical failure in the boat, act of God or coastal guard instructions. In case of any mechanical failure, Luxury Yachts has the right to reschedule the trip
- Guests should comply with the safety requirements as per UAE laws
- Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- Any damage to the boat or any other assets of Luxury Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Luxury Yachts will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
