• The approximate starting time depends on the time of the sunrise, which varies daily
• Please note:
  - It is an early morning flight
  - Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be climbing in and out of the basket
  - You should be able to climb in and out of the basket and stand unaided for at least one hour
  - If you are late you will be left behind and you will be charged in full as a no-show
  - Sindbad Hot Air Balloons will be calling you directly the evening before your flight to confirm your exact pick up time. If you do not receive a phone call or a message by 8:30pm, please contact their office directly
• Passengers we are unable to fly:
  - Ladies more than 3 months pregnant
  - Children less than 5 years of age
  - Anyone that has had major surgery in the last 6 months
  - Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm in the last 6 months
  - Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
  - Anyone who weighs more than 125 KG
