- Cancellation Policy:
- Lack of a proper identification card will result in the cancellation of the trip
- Cancellation of the trip due to non-compliance with the above will be 100% non-refundable
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours in advance, else the voucher will be forfeited
- In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the ride may be rescheduled
- Bookings may be rescheduled in case of any mechanical failure in the boat, the act of God, or coastal guard instructions
- In case of any mechanical failure, Amwaj Al Bahar Boats & Yachts has the right to reschedule the trip
- Guests should comply with the safety requirements as per UAE laws
- Any mishaps that occur due to non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the guests
- One Cobone voucher per person per ride, but can buy multiple vouchers
