• About the workshops:
• Kid's Cinema workshop: Movies affects an individual powerfully because the combined impact of images, music, dialogue, lighting, sound and special effects can elicit deep feelings and help on reflecting a person's life. It can help a child to better understand their life and people, and how our society and culture operate with the help of our Physiotherapist on the post movie discussion
• Self Defense "Jiujutsu" workshop: Jiu jitsu means "Gentle Art" it allows them to do so. Not only does it teach them a form of self-defense, it also teaches many life lessons as well that a child can carry with them. Jiu Jitsu is one of the most practical martial arts you can put your child in
