  - Giraffe Experience: 2 hours (9:00 am to 11:00 am)
  - Big Cat Experience: 2 hours (1:00 pm to 02:30 pm)

• Child policy:
  - Children aged 2 years and below enter free of charge
  - Children aged 3 years and older require a regular Cobone voucher

• Advance reservation and confirmation should be done at least 3 days prior to the arrival date through email.
• Modification and cancellation are applicable up to 3 days prior notice before the arrival date.
