- Client agrees to exercise all due care in safekeeping, caring for, cleaning and preserving the vehicle
- Client shall ensure the car is only issued to a driver who should be at least 25 years old and must possess a one-year-old valid UAE license or international license for insurance coverage
- Client shall be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in their possession
- Each Salik will be billed at AED 5 per Salik
- A documentation charge of AED 70 per fine will be charged and will be paid cash upon invoice submission
- In case of an accident with a police report where the client is responsible for negligence, the client shall be liable to pay AED 1700 as excess charges for Insurance Company. If both parties received a green paper then no amount is due. AED 1700 insurance excess must be paid in the case of receiving a red paper or hit & run; Full insurance (CDW) option is also available
- A police report is mandatory in the case of an accident for insurance purposes
- 170 km limits per day, any additional km will be charged at AED 0.25 (an open km's option is available)
- The client must pay AED 1500 for security deposit
- Deposit will be refunded via cheque or account transfer 30 days after returning the vehicle
- Transactional charges may apply to debit or credit card
