- Refund or rebooking will not be entertained if the guests fail to bring the mentioned identification; No refund will be provided
- In case of bad weather, any mechanical failure in the boat, act of nature, coastal guard instructions or any unforeseen circumstances, Royal Star Boat & Yachts Rental reserves the right to reschedule the trip
- Any damage to the boat or to any other assets of Nanje Yachts due to misuse by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests and Royal Star Boat & Yachts Rental will have the right to seek financial compensation for it
